Accommodations • Restaurants • SPAs • Offices • Private Homes
An interior design project is a thorough job in which, based on the client’s preferences, we try to find the best solution, from an aesthetic and functional point of view, to make a property attractive and comfortable.
From private homes to commercial projects, the most important thing is to match the materials and equipment to the space and its purpose.
A private house is not subject to the same level of wear and tear as a house used for tourist purposes, such as local accommodation. Here, it is important that, in addition to the comfort provided to guests, the appearance of the property is also attractive, to make the experience unique and memorable, and that the equipment, such as furniture, textiles and lighting, is suitable, easy to care for and resistant, considering the wide variety of users of the property. It is also important that they respect safety standards and regulations, such as fire resistance and sustainability.
Briefing and Survey
To start the project, we carry out a briefing with the client, as well as a detailed survey of the space, to better understand the client’s objectives, preferences and what the space is intended for.
Concept Development
We develop the project creatively with the choice of materials and equipment, looking for the best solutions. It is important that the space reflects the client’s identity and values and to this end we produce a Mood Board to communicate the design options, including colours, inspiration, furniture style and equipment and materials.
Project Execution – Space Planning and Layout Design
From studying the space in plan, defining materials and finishes, to listing furniture, the execution proposal includes detailed information, as well as final budgets and a project execution plan. We consider transparency in the information provided to be extremely important.
Implementation
Once the project has been approved, we begin implementation, with constant support for the client to ensure that the final project is realised and meets their expectations.
