Managing Director

Rob

Over 30 years’ experience as General Manager including six hotel openings (Netherlands, France, Ireland and Portugal) for private owners and International Hotel Chains

Uses the wealth of experience, initiative and innovation with a strategic vision in order to improve operations, guest retention, market share and profit. Delivers high quality standards coupled with the emphasis on sales and marketing, financial management and human resource development. Manages and trains management teams and sets goals and strategies for departments to achieve peak performance. Moreover, has extensive experience in F&B and concept development.

Director of Human Resources & Training

Mariza

More than 20 years experiences in Hospitality with an extensive experience in all phases of Human resources.

Has been successful in developing policies, systems and procedures that increase productivity, while reducing HR cost and overhead. Has been an integral part in the decisions making process in previous positions by implementing strategies that helped improve the profitability and service levels of the departments, ensuring that by developing training programs the standards, procedures and service levels are improving continuously.

Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Hygiene and Safety at Work.

Director of Operations

Isabel

More than 20 years experiences in Hospitality.

Passionate in developing team members, provide excellent customer services, manages and trains Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest relations, Spa, F&B, Maintenance teams and sets goals and strategies for these departments to achieve peak performance.

Licentiate degree in Tourism and Master in Hotel Management.

Director of Finance

Cristiano

More than 20 years experience in multinational environment, as well as in Portuguese national groups and PME’s in, hospitality, financial services, construction and real estate.

Provides strategic finance consultancy, overall management, IT, HR and foreign investments. Areas of expertise: due diligences, business strategy, finance management (controlling, treasury, tax, budgets, purchasing, funding and risk management, HR and contracts), start-up projects, resorts opening, business plans and feasibility analysis, business development, cost-cut processes, shared services structure, ERP’s selection and integration.

Digital Marketeer

Madalena

Passionate about marketing and the new era of the digital world. Responsible for all digital parts of business. Web design, Google analytics, managing social media, campaigns and all digital marketing processes.

More than 10 years’ experience in Hospitality.

Cost control/hotel analyst is the ongoing practice of taking measures to reduce business expenses to increase profits (Not limited to F&B). Ricardo gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, it’s his job to assess company and client needs, review robust information, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement.

Degree in Economics and Master in Corporate Finance from the Faculty of Economics, University of Algarve.

Long experience in creating concepts and gastronomic offer for restaurants. Recruiting, training and building teams,implementation of HACCP, managing purchases and contacts with suppliers. As Executive Chef managing the kitchen team of a well known one star Michelin restaurant in Portugal. Has a passion to develop and to create food concepts using national products which helped previous hotels and restaurants to gain recognition.
